If you are simply not happy with your purchase then we will refund you the FULL cost of the item (excluding shipping)

That is right... we want you to be satisfied with your purchase or your money back !

Simply contact us to get our authority to return the product(s) within 14 calendar days of delivery and providing the product(s) are returned in "as new and resaleable condition" we will refund you the full price you paid (excluding the shipping).

You will need to pay for the return shipping yourself. However, under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you are not required to send the items back to us yourself. If you would prefer us to arrange for the goods to be picked up then we will gladly do so but we will then pass on the cost of the courier to you and this cost will be deducted from your refund. In most cases your best option will be to return the goods to us yourself.

Also, we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post when returning items to us so we strongly recommend that you use a tracked and signed for service such as Special Delivery, Parcelforce or a courier.

This does not affect your statutory rights
