Delivery is a fixed price of £3.00, but other options are available at extra cost.

We use a variety of delivery services depending on the weight. The following are the services used:

• Royal Mail First Class Recorded - Delivery usually 2-5 working days after posting but can take up to 15 working days at busy times. This service needs a signature.
• DHL Courier - Delivery 2-7 days & needs signature
• Royal Mail Special Delivery - Next day delivery for orders placed before 3pm. Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays will be shipped as if placed on the next working day

If you wish, you can choose any delivery service you wish, but you will be charged the price shown for that option. Cut-off for next day delivery is 3pm. Orders received after 3pm may ship the next day.

If you use the standard shipping option, we will choose the delivery service.

We currently only ship to the UK or to BFPO addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas, depending on weight and location.

For First Class Royal Mail Recorded deliveries items normally arrive within 2-5 working days of posting and although the vast majority of deliveries do arrive well within this time-frame, it can sometimes take longer. If your item does not arrive, please be patient. The Royal Mail do not consider a First Class post item lost until 15 working days have passed. This does not happen very often and if an item does not arrive promptly, it is still very likely that it will arrive well within this time frame.

If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until 15 working days have passed.

If your goods do not arrive

If 15 working days have passed since you received your shipping confirmation email and the goods have not arrived, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. Please include a copy of the shipping confirmation email, and state that the order has not been received. We will use this email as evidence for the investigation and claim that we will make with the Royal Mail and as confirmation of a lost parcel.

If your goods cannot be delivered

If the courier is unable to deliver the goods because there is nobody to sign for it and the goods remain undelivered, the goods may be returned to us. In these circumstances, if you wish us to attempt delivery again, there will be a further charge of the actual shipping charge plus £7.00 handling and packaging fee. If you no longer want the goods, we will refund you the total cost of your order minus the actual shipping cost minus restocking fee of £7.00.
