Using the Fragrance Heaven Web Site

We have provided a number of simple ways you can move around the site so that you can find what you need quickly and easily!

Selecting by Brand, Product Type, Fragrance, Price and Occasion

The search facility at the top of the left hand menu enables you to search for a product by 'brand', 'fragrance', ‘price’ and ‘occasion’. This advanced search facility means that you can find a specific product quickly - no matter where you are on the site!

Selecting by Product Category

All product category pages have been designed to provide an easy and seamless user experience. Where more than one product category page exists, all additional pages are listed at the top and the bottom of the page so that you can click on a particular page with ease. You can also sort the results to display products by price, brand and fragrance.

One of the most important pages at Fragrance Heaven is the product details page. This page gives you further information about the product you are interested in.

From here you can see the product in more detail, get further information about it, review related products and of course add it to your basket.

Product Image

All products on our site have a picture of them so you can see the product you wish to buy - most products also have a Zoom image too. This is a large image (it may take a minute to download on slower connections) that not only displays a larger image of the product, but also zooms in on areas of detail on the product, allowing you to get a real feel for the quality and style.

Stock Availability

Most of our items are ready for delivery from stock. If the product is not currently in stock, the date it is expected to be back in stock will be shown here, alternatively some of our items will have to be ordered specially and the number of days you should allow for delivery will be stated. We occasionally allow Customers to pre-order items before they are available in the shops. The availability will be the date that we are allowed to ship the product out to you - usually this is the day before the product is released in the shops, thus you will receive the item on the morning of the first day of sale!

Add to Basket

Clicking this button performs the task of adding the item to your basket then click on either "OK" to proceed to the basket or "Cancel" to stay on the current page.

Purchasing your goods with us is designed to be simple, quick and secure. Before you order, please ensure that:

• You have ordered the correct product (if applicable)

• You are aware of the expected delivery dates for the product

• The desired quantity is correct

• You have read the Terms and Conditions

When you are at your shopping basket, and you are ready to purchase, click the 'Proceed to Checkout button.

New Customers

If you are a new Customer then you will be taken through the registration process in which you will be prompted to enter information such as your delivery address and name. You will also be asked to provide an email address and password which will enable you to login to the site in the future. After this is completed you will be shown an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

Existing Customers

If you are an existing Customer then you will be asked to log in, if you have not done so already. If none of your details have changed then you will be shown an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation e-mail from us.

Please note that when you click "Make Payment" you will be taken to the WorldPay payment screen where you can make your payment in a secure and safe way. To find out more about this read the help file section on Security. Please complete all the details required during the shopping process carefully, ensuring that all the fields are completed fully. Your order will then be confirmed, and all you have to do then is sit back and wait for the goods to be delivered.

Registering with Fragrance Heaven

When you first order a product from us, a profile is created from the information that you volunteer. This includes obvious details such as your delivery address and your name. A more detailed list of the information that we store is listed below together with the reason that we ask for it.

Your name, and surname - Please complete these fields with the details as requested.

Your telephone and mobile telephone numbers - We require these so we can quickly contact you in the event of a query with any orders you make - or even to notify you of being a winner in our competitions! This number will not be passed on to any third party and we will only contact you if we really need to. These are optional - you do not have to leave them if you do not wish to do so.

E-mail address - This is important as it is used to log you in to the website. Please complete this field carefully checking it is correct. We can also keep you updated with special offers and news about our website with this address.

Password -You will also be prompted to create a password, this should be between six and 12 characters and something you can easily remember, but that is not too obvious! It is recommended you make your password a mixture of letters and numbers for security purposes. Your password is case sensitive - this means the system will accept peanuts, but not PEANUTS or PEAnuts as the same entry.
