Delivery and Payment Information

UK Deliveries

Minimum delivery is £2.99

Delivery charges are based on weight. We use a variety of delivery services depending on the weight:

• Up to 2kg: Royal Mail First Class Recorded - delivery usually 2-5 working days after posting but can take up to 15 working days at busy times. This service needs a signature.
  
  
• Over 2kg DHL Courier - delivery 2-4 days & needs signature
  
  

We currently only ship to the UK or to BFPO addresses

If delivery time is important to you then please email us via this web site BEFORE ordering and for an extra charge (payable by card over the phone) we will send your order via a next day delivery courier. Cut-off for nextday delivery is 3pm. Orders received after 3pm will ship the next day.

Next Day Delivery Prices
Under 2kg - additional £8.00
Over 2kg - additional £15.00

For First Class Royal Mail Recorded deliveries items normally arrive within 2-5 working days of posting and although the vast majority of deliveries do arrive well within this time-frame, it can sometimes take longer. If your item does not arrive, please be patient. The Royal Mail do not consider a First Class post item lost until 15 working days have passed. This does not happen very often and if an item does not arrive promptly, it is still very likely that it will arrive well within this time frame.

If an item is delayed, we cannot take any action until 15 working days have passed.

If your goods do not arrive
If 15 working days have passed since you received your shipping confirmation email and the goods have not arrived, please email us at sales@fragranceheaven.co.uk and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent. Please include a copy of the shipping confirmation email, and state that the order has not been received. We will use this email as evidence for the investigation and claim that we will make with the Royal Mail and as confirmation of a lost parcel.

If your goods cannot be delivered
If the courier is unable to deliver the goods because there is nobody to sign for it and the goods remain undelivered, the goods may be returned to us. In these circumstances, if you wish us to attempt delivery again, there will be a further charge of the actual shipping charge plus £7.00 handling and packaging fee. If you no longer want the goods, we will refund you the total cost of your order minus the actual shipping cost minus restocking fee of £7.00.
